so many excuses about accident and snow sliding on road, etc etc... but after lot of request he somehow agreed. Then when we saw some ice he started to say that we can't go further despite the other vehicles going ahead of us... There is lot more to write about that driver... Let it be... The package had breakfast included but the hotel was not informed about it... After telling the agent then they added the breakfast in the package. Why we have to repeatedly ask for the service for which we have paid... Heater charge was told to us 200 per night but it was charged 500 per night. After completion of your when I informed that we could not see the main location of our package there was no reply ... I had earlier very good experience with travel triangle but this time I am very disappointed and felt like I have waisted my money.
